Podcast management and distribution for founders and operators

You've been publishing. You haven't been growing.

Most founders don't have a content problem. They have a distribution problem they can't see. We find it, fix it, and run the system that makes every episode compound.

The problem

You did everything you were told to do.

You publish every week. You show up. The numbers don't move, and you can't tell why.

No Direction

Episodes get picked week to week, so the feed looks random.

Fixed by 1. Strategy

Missed Moments

The best 40 seconds never leave the full recording.

Fixed by 3. Episode Production

Weak Hooks

The first three seconds don't earn attention, so people scroll past.

Fixed by 4. Repurpose Engine

Poor Packaging

The right episode under the wrong title and thumbnail. Nobody clicks.

Fixed by 5. Package

Copy-Paste Posting

The same clip posted everywhere, cut for no platform.

Fixed by 6. Distribute

No Feedback Loop

Nobody tracks what landed, so the same mistakes repeat.

Fixed by 7. Analyse & adapt

Your conversations aren't the problem. Your podcast is underperforming because nothing happens after the episode goes live.

The distribution flywheel

One recording. A system that keeps working.

You record the episode. We run everything after it.

The Distribution Flywheel turns a single conversation into every asset your audience will actually see. Then it feeds what performs back into what you record next.

Before you record

1. Strategy

We decide what the show is before anyone touches an episode.

  • 3-5 content pillars every episode ladders back to
  • An episode roadmap for your next 4-8 shows
  • Hook and title frameworks built for your audience

This is what stops the feed looking random.

2. Record

You record the conversation. That is your job.

  • We give you the exact spec to record against
  • No studio, crew or editing calls on your side
  • Send us the file and you're done

Everything after the recording stops is on us.

After you record

3. Episode Production

We actually listen to the whole conversation before we cut a second of it.

  • Edited to a written style spec built for your show
  • Cut for retention: tight pacing, a strong cold open, no dead air
  • Every moment worth repurposing marked as we go

The spec is why every episode looks like the same show, no matter who edited it that week.

4. Repurpose Engine

One episode becomes every format your audience actually consumes.

  • High-Retention Video Clips3-5 clips for LinkedIn and X. 4-7 for YouTube and Instagram. Hook, insight, payoff. Every clip.
  • Trailers That Drive AttentionVertical and horizontal, every episode. The asset most shows skip, then wonder why nobody clicks.
  • Writing That Gets SavedShow notes every episode. Four newsletters and four LinkedIn carousels a month. Your audience isn't only watching.

Every piece answers one question: would someone stop scrolling for this?

5. Package

Titles, thumbnails, hooks, captions. Tested, not guessed.

  • 3-9 thumbnail tests per episode
  • Live title testing
  • Hooks and captions that sound like you, not a template

The same episode under the wrong title is a different episode.

6. Distribute

Each piece is cut for the platform, not copy-pasted across it.

  • YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X
  • Spotify, Apple Podcasts and your newsletter
  • Published, scheduled and captioned by us

You never touch an upload.

Every month

7. Analyse & adapt

We track what landed and what died. Patterns, not vanity numbers.

  • What worked and what didn't
  • What we're changing because of it
  • Fed into your next episode, next title, next hook

Most agencies stop at distribution. This step is why your numbers actually move.

Answers, upfront.

Do I need to already have a podcast?

No. If you're starting from zero we build the brand, the strategy, and the launch. If you're 60 episodes in and stalled, we diagnose what's broken and rebuild from there.

How much of my time does this take?

You record. That's it. No editing calls, no upload days, no writing captions at midnight. We'll ask for approvals and blunt feedback in week one. After that, the system runs.

Do you handle the recording?

No. Production is on you. No studio, no crew, no camera setup on our side. We start the second the recording stops, and we'll give you the exact spec to record against.

Do you book guests?

No. And we'd argue you don't need us to. Booking is a symptom. The reason good guests say no is that your show doesn't look like a place worth being. Fix the packaging and the clips, and the yes rate climbs on its own. We've watched it happen enough times to stop treating it as a coincidence.

What does it cost?

Every plan is custom, because a show launching from zero and a show at episode 80 need different things. We scope it on the call.

How fast will I see results?

You'll be live in 10 days. Real growth compounds. Most of what we do in month one shows up in month three. We'd rather tell you that now than oversell you a spike.

What platforms do you manage?

YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and your newsletter. We publish, schedule, and manage all of it.

I already have an editor. Can you work with them?

Usually not, and here's why: the editing is the smallest piece. If we're accountable for growth we need control of packaging, distribution, and the feedback loop. Handing us one piece of the system means nobody owns the outcome.

What if it isn't working?

We'll tell you before you notice. Every month you get what worked, what didn't, and what we're changing. If the strategy is wrong, we change the strategy. We don't keep shipping the same clips louder.

Who do you work with?

Founders and operators: people running companies where the podcast has a job to do. We don't take on creators or hobby shows. Different goal, different system, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

Find out what's actually holding your podcast back.

A 20-minute conversation about where your podcast is today, where you want to take it, and what's blocking growth.

  • Your current strategy and distribution
  • What's working and where the gaps are
  • How management, content and distribution would work for your show
  • The specific growth opportunities we see

You'll leave with a clear recommendation and what it would take to build a podcast growth engine, whether you work with us or not.
