Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Operator Narrative ("we", "us") collects through operatornarrative.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Free audit requests. When you use the audit form, we collect your podcast link and your email address.
- Call bookings. When you book a call, our booking tool (Cal.com) collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any notes you add.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the message and your contact details.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send the audit you asked for.
- To schedule and hold the call you booked.
- To reply to you and follow up about our services, where you have shown interest in them.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We use your information because you asked us to do something (an audit or a call), or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who helps us process it
We use a small number of trusted services to run this website. They only process your information to provide their service to us:
- FormSubmit delivers audit form submissions to our inbox.
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar.
- Google provides our email (Gmail), the fonts used on this site, and our analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).
- Microsoft provides Clarity, which shows us how visitors use the page.
- Hostinger hosts the website.
- Video hosting providers deliver the work samples shown on the page.
Some of these services may store data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to run analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They use cookies and similar technology to show us how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, what they click and where they came from. We use this only to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not run advertising cookies.
The embedded booking calendar and video players may also set cookies they need to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests, booking details and emails for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than two years after our last contact with you, unless we start working together.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- See the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Stop contacting you.
If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
